How much does a visit cost?
The first visit to our clinic to establish care is a little bit more expensive, as more is involved in obtaining an accurate health history and gathering information. This first visit is billed starting at a rate of $92.82. Each subsequent visit starts at $51.00. (Any necessary Labs, Ultrasounds or other testing may have an additional cost.)
If finances are an issue, please never let that prevent you from getting obstetric or gynecological care. Contact our friendly business office to discuss options.
What happens if I need blood work?
Blood work is sent out to be processed by a local laboratory who can bill your insurance for those costs or arrange payment directly if you do not have insurance.
What Insurance Companies do you contract with?
HD Rose LLC is credentialed with many insurance companies – check our financial and billing page for a current list. We also accept private pay offering services on a sliding scale. If finances are an issue, please never let that prevent you from getting obstetric or gynecological care. Contact our friendly business office to discuss options.
I’m pregnant. Can you see me?
Yes, Dr. Loehr is an expert in the care of pregnant women, childbirth, and the postpartum period. She can treat you throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Can you do my annual exam?
Yes, HD Rose and Dr. Loehr provide services for women of all ages including annual exams.
Where will I give birth?
While that is a personal decision, Dr. Loehr will be able to deliver babies and perform surgeries at Astria Sunnyside Hospital and perform surgeries at Astria Toppenish Hospital both located in Yakima County.

When should I get my first gynecological exam?
Dr. Loehr recommends you have your first gynecological exam by age 21, but if you are experiencing any problems or have concerns, this may be sooner. You should have your first gynecological exam before considering pregnancy to ensure a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
I think I have a vaginal infection, what should I do?
It is important to accurately diagnose and treat vaginal infections. This may require tests to accurately diagnose. Making an appointment with Dr. Loehr is the best first step to treatment.
